January 2024
- Annual day celebrations are not just about celebrating a day but celebrating a journey.” GEI’s Blossom English School celebrated its 7th Annual Day with great enthusiasm. Students showcased their talent with dance, drama and music.
- Knowledge is power and sharing ideas make the world fair. To share and grow knowledge our school conducted “Genius Junction” on 5th and 6th January. It included projects of all the subjects. Each student made model/chart and presented it nicely. This gave our students a stage to showcase their talent and improve their presentation skills.
- Nothing is better than a picnic and zoo is one such place. Zoo is an excellent place to study the habits of human beings. Our students enjoyed picnic at Veermata Jijabai Udyan. Students were happy to see different wild animals, bird sanctuary and the penguins. It was a great fun filled day for all of us.

- There is nothing wonderful than the love and guidance that grandparents can give us. Our students celebrated Grandparents Day with great enthusiasm.
- “You will never know your limits unless you push yourself to them”. Karate is a self defence technique. It teaches you self control and discipline. Our students appeared for Karate Belt exam and have shown glorous results.
- Diwali Fort Making Fort making is fostering creativity and imagination to promoting problem-solving and social skills. This year to celebrate Diwali our students made Murud-Janjira fort and decorated with beautiful rangoli.
- It is important to have healthy eyes for good vision. We conducted “Eye Screening” for our students. Qualified Ophthalmologists visited our school and checked the eyes of our students from Nursery to Grade 5.
- More was learned about the universe in the fifteen years after the invention of telescope than in all human history put together. Ghaisas Sir demonstrating how to assemble a telescope. It was a great learning experience.

- “It’s not a museum. It’s not a place of artifacts; it’s a place of ideas.” Our Primary students enjoyed the field trip to “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalay”. It gave them an idea about our rich cultural heritage. It was truly an enriching experience for them

- Rakhi is a string that connects the wrist to the heart. It is the most favourite festival of brother and sister. Our students celebrated Rakshabandhan in a different way. They tied Rakhi to trees and the police who day and night are tirelessly taking care of us.
- The life is incomplete without sports” . Our students celebrated National Sports Day with great enthusiasm. They leant teamwork and sport spirt.
- Grade 2 students learning different vegetable names in Marathi.Students enjoyed holding different vegetables and shared information about different vegetables.

- Learning and enjoying acting skills and performing on last day was very surprising and entertaining.
- Acting, dancing , cooking with parents’ early morning on last day of summer camp was like a dream come true for all.

- Our Grade 4 students performed Natural dye activity from rose petals and observed how the rose petals gave colours to clothes.
- Pre-primary Blossom kids celebrating National Doctor’s Day. They are not afraid of doctors. Doctors are heroes and always ready to help everyone.
